Sunday, April 2, 2023 – Today is Palm Sunday and the liturgical color is red.
Students please arrive to your classrooms by 9:50AM to get set up to process to the Sanctuary to give our Palms to the Congregation!
Nursery Care – Nursery care is available, but instead of proceeding directly to the nursery, first please check in at the welcome center. A nursery volunteer will be at the desk. Signs to this effect will also be posted.
Nursery care will be available on Easter Sunday.
Sunday School – As we move through the season of Lent, Christian Formation is focused on the parables of Jesus: the lost coin, the prodigal son, the Good Samaritan and the workers in the Vineyard. For each lesson the teachers create age appropriate activities which in addition to being engaging also tell the story of our faith.
Walk the Labyrinth on Maundy Thursday! Our First Church Labyrinth will be available to walk on Maundy Thursday, April 6 from 4-6:30PM in Fellowship Hall. Rev. Jami will be there to answer any questions.
Come experience a meditative, prayerful walk before attending our soulful Service of Tenebrae in the sanctuary at 7:30PM.
April 16 Pasta Bar Lunch! The Food and Fellowship ministry is planning a Pasta Bar lunch (gluten-free available) following worship on Sunday, April 16th at 11:30 AM. Please sign up HERE, at the welcome center following worship, or by calling the church office at 603-882-4861. Last day to sign up is Sunday April 9th.. We hope to see you there to enjoy food and fellowship!
Fill a Wheelbarrow – The Jr. High students of Make A Difference are excited to share their new fund raising project with the Church Family: “Fill a Wheelbarrow” for the Animal Rescue farm Live and Let Live of Chichester, NH. They are celebrating their 25th year of rescue and rehabilitation for the largest to the smallest animals. Our students look forward to working again with you to help Make A Difference!
Look for our M.A.D. Wheelbarrow (generously donated) in Fellowship hall. Don’t want to shop? Our students are happy to shop for you!

Below is the wish list of much needed items:
Paper towels, baby wipes, latex gloves (all sizes), heavy-duty trash bags,
Black oil sunflower seeds, apple cider vinegar, corn oil, grain store certificates
A new or used heavy-duty vehicle for towing a large horse trailer
A large horse or stock trailer
Metal round pen panels and gates
Land, old farm or other property for future expansion and pasturing of
Tractor/any farm equipment
Wheelbarrows, shovels, pitchforks
Pickup truck: must run; doesn’t need to be inspected; onsite rescue use only
