Fellowship Opportunities

Fellowship programs include four basic elements: outreach, worship, learning, and recreation. A given meeting may focus on just one of these elements, or involve all four. The goal is to reach a balance during the program year.

Youth Fellowships

The First Church has active Junior and Senior High fellowship groups led by a team of energetic, caring, well-trained adults from the congregation.  Fellowship, worship, outreach, and educational activities and programs are designed to encourage the development and deepening of connections between youth and God, one another, adults and children in the congregation, and the world around them.

Adult

Men’s Breakfast — Thursdays, 6:45 a.m., Pine Street Eatery
An informal gathering of men from First Church for fellowship and conversation. Order from the menu.

Men’s Monthly Munchers — first Tuesday of the month, 12:00 p.m.
An informal gathering for lunch at various restaurants around Nashua. Check the web page for locations.

Decorate the Church — Friday after Thanksgiving, 7:00 p.m.
A time for fellowship and decorating the First Church sanctuary and tree for Christmas. Watch the web page for more detailed information closer to the event’s date.

Inter-Generational

Rally Sunday — Sunday, September 11, 2022 Rally Sunday and Cookout.
Annual celebration of the beginning of the church’s program year. 10:00 a.m. worship is followed by a cookout.

Drama Ministry Productions – The Drama Ministry presents a play in October and in April. Plays and auditions are announced on the website.

Horton Center Retreat — Friday through Sunday in late August
This annual get-away for families, singles, couples, young, old, and in-between is an opportunity to enjoy our Conference’s retreat Center on Pine Mountain in Gorham, New Hampshire. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of Northern New Hampshire in the late summer. 

First Church Cyclists – All are invited, regardless of age or ability to join them for some fun, fresh air, fellowship and most importantly, ice cream.
