Get ready for First Church’s first movie night this fall, Friday September 23 at 7:00 PM. As usual, we’ll show this film in our dining room, provide some refreshments and welcome your contributions. Rev. Jami will host a film based on the true story of Lois Wilson, co-founder of Al-Anon, and her alcoholic husband Bill Wilson who was a co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous. Winona Ryder and Barry Pepper give an outstanding performance of this incredible story, the establishment of today’s world-wide fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous.
