The mission of Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire is to end family homelessness, one family at a
time. Through safe housing and education, Family Promise guides families as they break the cycle, and rise
from homelessness to sustainable independence. Through effective case management, family education,
financial literacy and career counseling programs, Family Promise graduates achieve long-term success.
About The Front Door Agency
The Front Door Agency provides a holistic approach to break the cycle of poverty. Last year, the Agency
assisted nearly 1,000 people in Greater Nashua through its core Programs: Transformational Housing for single mothers, Financial Literacy, a Holiday Program, and a Housing Stability Program offering assistance with rent, utilities, security deposit loans and permanent affordable housing.
